Milestones, surprise parties and kids’ parties
Put a QR code on the tables, by the cake or in the invitation. Guests scan it and upload photos and videos from their own phone to one shared album, with no app to install and no account to create. After the party you download everything in original quality.
From $47 USD. No subscription. See prices

The setup is the same for every birthday. What changes is who takes the photos and when the album should open. At a kids’ party, the parents take the photos: put the QR code or link in the invitation and they upload from their own phones. Anyone with the link can view the shared gallery, so share it only with the families you invited.
A 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th often brings together family, old friends and colleagues who don’t know each other. Each of them takes different photos, and the album collects them in one place.
Set up the album before the party and keep the link out of chats the birthday person can see. Uploads can open up to 14 days before the event date, so guests can add old photos of the birthday person ahead of the day.
No app, no login. A QR code that guests of all ages can use.
Buy a plan for the birthday and set the party date. You get the album’s link and its QR code. The plan period counts from the event date, not the day you pay, so you can set it up weeks ahead.
Print it on table cards, put a sign by the cake or at the entrance, and add the code or the link to the invitation or the guests’ group chat. Scan the printed code with your own phone before the party.
Guests point their phone camera at the code and upload photos and videos. They don’t install an app or create an account. On an iPhone, the code may open an App Clip instead of a web page.
After the party, download all photos and videos as one ZIP file from your account, preferably on a computer. Files keep the original quality the guests’ phones uploaded. Download them before the gallery’s archive date, which your account shows.
Printing table cards or a sign? Our wedding QR code guide covers what to print, what to write on the sign and how to test the code, and it works for a birthday too. Looking at other ways to collect photos? See how Guest.Gallery compares.
I used Guest Gallery for my 30th birthday, and it was a huge success! 🎉 […] The result was one combined album full of memories, which all the guests have loved looking back at too.

Amazing that someone has finally come up with something that doesn't require login or an app! I've been looking for this for half a year, and have tested with Google and Dropbox myself.
