How guests share photos with one scan
Guests scan your QR code, tap Upload and choose their photos and videos. Everything is saved to your gallery in original quality.
Step 1: Scan the code
Guests point their phone camera at the QR code on the table and tap the link. There's no app to download.
Step 2: Tap Upload
Your gallery opens in the browser with your names and cover photo, and one big button: Upload.
Step 3: Pick photos. Done.
Guests choose photos and videos from their camera roll. Each one gets a tick once it's safely saved in your gallery.

Common questions
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The upload page opens in the phone's own browser on iPhone and Android. Guests don't create an account or log in.
What if the signal is bad?
Uploads retry automatically and continue when the connection comes back. Guests should keep the page open until every photo shows as saved.
Are photos and videos uploaded in full quality?
Yes. Guest.Gallery never compresses uploads, so you get each file exactly as the guest's phone shares it.
Can other guests see the photos?
That's your choice. With a shared gallery, anyone with the link can view the uploads. In private gallery mode, guests see only their own uploads.
Can guests delete something they uploaded?
Yes. On the phone and browser they uploaded from, guests can view and delete their own photos and videos under “My uploads”.
When can guests upload?
Uploads can open up to 14 days before your event. Basic keeps the gallery open for up to 3 months after the event date and Premium for up to 12 months. Download your files before the archive date.
