Basic and Premium are one-time purchases per event, with no automatic subscription. Yes. Anyone you give the gallery link to can view the uploaded photos and videos, so share it only with your guests; the host can view everything from their account. Private mode only hides other guests' uploads in the gallery view.

Place the QR code visibly at the church and on the party table. Ask a speaker to mention it. Tell guests they can see all the photos in the gallery afterwards – this motivates them to upload. The more visible the QR code, the more photos you'll get.
